Warning - Bogus repair man

The community is requested to inform their staff not to open the gate for persons posing as service providers.
These people will over power domestic workers or helpers and commit a house robbery at the premises (currently suspects posing as carpet fitters.)

Notify your staff if repair or any other service provider will be coming to your house. Give them the full details of the service provider and time you expect them to arrive.

Create a speed dial on your residential phone for your staff to use to contact you to confirm if you arranged for workers to come to your house.
