A Taxi, Toyota Tazz and Mercedes collided with one another at the corners of 4th Avenue and 8th street in Linden this morning, October 28, 2012 at around 9.30am. With the impact, the Tazz was crushed in on the driver’s side and the vehicle pushed up against the Traffic Light pole. The 31 year old woman who had been driving and was alone in the vehicle was trapped in her seat, but fortunately she was in a stable condition.
On Friday night October 26, 2012 a car and motorbike collided on the corner of Boundary and Malibongwe roads in Linden. The man on the motorbike sustained a deep laceration to his knee.
EMER-G-MED paramedics treated him on scene before transporting him to Wilgeheuwel Hospital in a stable condition.
