Johannesburg police are searching for the suspect that fled from yesterday’s house robbery and shooting in Cresta, Northcliff. One of the suspects was shot and killed and the other managed to escape.
The men allegedly broke into a house near the Cresta Shopping Centre and held up residents on Monday January 9, 2012.

A woman is fighting for her life in the Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital in Johannesburg after she was crushed in a stampede at the University of Johannesburg’s Auckland Park campus this morning. Seven other people were also injured.
