Builder - beware of this builder

Please be warned, do not make use of Mr Maintenance, 167 Albert Street, Newlands. jpsmaintenance@telkomsa.net. Starting with the 'owner', he delivers empty promises. The staff is not trained although he claims they are, they do not have the basic tools, they do not have basic skills. In July 2008 they have done some work for me and although we contact them regularly and promises made, the gutter is still hanging loose, the tiles are still missing!! Please recommend a reliable contractor. anto.scola@iafrica.com
