Weight Loss Challenge Fairlands

We are starting a new FREE Weight Loss Challenge in Fairlands. We meet every wed evening in Market Street Fairlands. Please phone Howard on 011 431 3676 or 082 457 2652 for the house address. Every week we weigh in and measure and have a talk on Nutrition

We each pay R195 for the 12 week period. This money goes towards the weight loss prizes (worked out on loss % of body weight). Howard has been in the nutrition field for 13 years working all over the world. Everyone is welcome irrespective of what nutrition program you are using. Can also email me on coach@wellnessco.net
