The Roodepoort Youth Ballet presents a brand new production of the evergreen story, Alice In Wonderland, choreographed especially for the young company by artistic director, Leigh-Anne Gorrie.
The Roodepoort Youth Ballet, under the direction of Dirk Badenhorst, has been an active and important part of Gauteng’s ballet for aspiring young dancers, an effective way of bringing young dancers from different studios and diverse backgrounds together, to work on a project which unites them in focusing their enthusiasm and energy.
This new production of Alice in Wonderland offers the opportunity once again for children to interact and share in the magic of dance and the joy of performing.
Alice In Wonderland will be presented at the University of Johannesburg Art Centre Theatre
